Listing with OWNER.COM.AU is Quick and Easy!
Standard Listings with one (1) photo upload are FREE - until sold. You will only have to renew every three months. Renewing your listing is free.
We are not an agent and you pay us no commission after the sale of your property.
If you have a Standard Listing and require support we charge $29 for one photograph that is sent by email. If you do not have access to a digital source for uploading pictures (such as a scanner) then please post them to us and we will scan and upload them for you for $39 (free for Premier Listings). These prices include GST.
You can upgrade your Standard Listing on Owner.com.au to a Premier Listing for $110. As a property owner you are the best person to promote the benefits of your property, and effective marketing doesn't need to cost you the earth. You can bring more exposure to your property by purchasing customised marketing materials, including for sale signs, through the Listing Management Desktop. Customised For Sale signs are provided free with every upgrade to a Premier Listing ($110).
Upgrading to a Premier Listing has the other following advantages:
- you can have unlimited images of your property (only one is available with the Standard Listing). This works as a PHOTOWALL & slideshow PHOTOTOUR. This saves you time and upload bandwidth whenever an interested buyer wants to receive or see more photos of your property.
- you can describe your property in greater detail;
- you get one set (2 signs) of free easily seen For Sale By Owner signs (valued at $110); The display of a prominent For Sale sign at your property is one of the most effective methods of promoting your property for sale. Owner.com.au offers a pair of bright professional For Sale signs made from hard corrugated plastic for $110 - customised with your Owner.com.au property number and contact details. Many potential buyers
will at first only be vaguely interested in your house or location. To these passerbys or locals your sign will get them thinking. Local passers by can view the sign and refer to your listing online.
- your property's exposure is significantly increased as your property will be listed before free Standard Listings when buyers do a general search for properties in your area.
